OCCUPATIONAL INCIDENT REPORTING SYSTEM (OIRS) MODULE

The integration and uniform management of occupational and non-occupational illness and injuries is a recognized key practice of a highly effective HPM strategy. The Occupational Incident Reporting System (OIRS) module is a comprehensive reporting, communication and information management system for occupational injuries and illnesses. Data stored and maintained in OIRS can be integrated with other Health@Work modules to determine the impact of impaired workforce health, or the impact of health management initiatives, on the severity, frequency, and type of safety incidents.

OIRS is a simple to use online system that divides all incidents into five screen views for easy completion. The five OIRS screen entry views are then combined into one easy to read and understand complete report.

OIRS Screen Views:
  • Incident Demographics
  • Employee Demographics

  • Compensation Information
OIRS features:
