ANALYSIS OF INTEGRATED MODULES (AIM)

A key "aim" of an effective HPM strategy is to integrate and analyze data from disparate data sources to determine the total cost, and ultimately total return, of the health investment portfolio. Direct health care costs are substantial for any organization, but represent a minority of the total costs associated with impaired workforce health. Indirect productivity loss costs are significantly more than health care costs. Lost productivity cost categories associated with impaired workface health include absenteeism, presenteeism (not fully engaged at work), and employee turnover.

Health@Work AIM is used to combine total costs associated with specific health conditions. AIM is currently capable of integrating and totaling the direct healthcare cost and the indirect absenteeism cost associated specific health conditions and groupings of conditions. Similarly, AIM is used to determine the impact of health management initiatives intended to improve aggregate workforce health.

AIM features:
  • Determines total cost (health and productivity) of chronic and acute health conditions
  • Absenteeism and presenteeism analysis
  • Company hierarchical reporting
  • Medical confidentially maintained
