ABSENCE MANAGEMENT MODULE
Managing the impact of all lost time is a recognized key practice of a highly effective HPM strategy. Evaluation of absenteeism
metrics are an important component in determining lost productivity costs resulting from impaired workforce health, or to
demonstrate the impact of health management improvement initiatives. The AMT is a state of the art HPM absence management system.
Data captured by the AMT can be functionally linked to other Health@Work modules to determine the impact of specific
health management initiatives on the magnitude and cost of absenteeism. The AMT can function as a real-time stand-alone
absence management system, or it can receive data from the company's primary absence management system for HPM analysis.
The key to the AMT is the variety of standard and customized reports that can be produced.
